Job Title: Inbound Call Centre Agent
Location: Call Centres - Atlantic Point*Bredbury
The role involves handling Inbound calls from customers in response to advertising in national*local newspapers, poster, radio & TV campaigns.
You will be responsible for selling a range of products to suit the needs of the customer. Comprehensive training will be provided for every campaign.
You will need to demonstrate excellent sales and customer service skills.
Key Competencies
* Minimum 3-6 months sales experience
* Results driven
* Friendly and professional telephone manner
* Objection handling skills
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Flexible attitude to work
* Motivated and enthusiastic
* Basic keyboard skills
Agents are required to work 38.75 hours per week and be available between 08.30 - 21.00.
In addition you may be required to work 1 in 3 Saturdays, which will be paid at overtime rates.
